Just one game
on BU’s agenda this weekend, but it’s the 263rd meeting of the
Terriers and their arch-rival Eagles. And the first with Head Coach David Quinn
behind the bench. Puck drop at Agganis Arena is 7:30 p.m.
The full history of the BU-BC series, which began in 1918, can be found in tonight's game notes, linked below.
The #8 Eagles
are led by forwards Johnny Gaudreau and Kevin Hayes, and like BU, they’re using
two goalies, Thatcher Demko and Brian Billett.
Sophomore
goalie Matt O’Connor will be in the Terrier net tonight, making his fifth start
of the season. Blueliners Ahti Oksanen and Garrett Noonan lead BU with 9 and 8
points respectively, followed by Danny O’Regan with 7. Team stats.
Check back for BU's starting lineup.
