Cole Hutson and Cole Eiserman were named to Hockey East's All-Rookie Team with Hutson being a unanimous choice. Earlier in the week, the duo shared the conference's Rookie of the Week Award.
BU Hockey Stats points out that "For the 18th consecutive season (since 2007-08), a Terrier has been named to the Hockey East All-Rookie Team, the next longest active streak is BC with 3."
The Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Year will be announced prior to the conference semifinals next week. Thirteen Terriers have previously won the R-O-Y: Scott Young, Scott Cashman, Rick DiPietro, Brandon Yip, Kieran Millan, Colin Wilson, Charlie Coyle Jack Eichel, Clayton Keller, David Farrance, Joel Farabee, Lane Hutson and Macklin Celebrini.
Three schools have had back-to-back Rookies of the Year: BU, BC and Maine. BU has done it twice: Wilson (2008) and Millan (2009), and Lane Hutson (2023) and Celebrini (2024).
Joining the Terriers on the team were BC's James Hagens and Teddy Stiga, UMass' Francesco Dell'Elce, Vermont's Colin Kessler and UConn's Callum Tung.

In other quarterfinal match-ups, UConn will host Providence on Friday, while BC hosts Northeastern and Maine welcomes Lowell on Saturday.

Lane Hutson assisted on a pair of goals in Montreal's 5-4 overtime loss to Seattle. With 51 points, he leads Celebrini by three points in the NHL Rookie Scoring race.

Looking ahead
2026 recruit Jay Feldberg scored a goal and added an assist in the Junior Canadians' 6-2 playoff win over Cobourg. The right-shot center has two goals and two assists in three playoff games. He had 37 points in 49 regular-season games.
Women's Team
#11 Terriers, making their first NCAA tournament appearance since 2015, take on #9 Clarkson in the Madison, Wisconsin, Regional at LaBahn Arena tonight at 8 p.m. ET. Live-streams are available on ESPN+ and TSN+.
The 24-12-2 Golden Knights are led by Senior Haley Winn, who averages 1.25 points per game, was a top 10 finalist for the Patty Kazmaier award. Netminder Holly Gruber has the sixth-best GAA in the NCAA (1.388).
If the Terriers defeat Clarkson, they'll face #1-ranked Wisconsin in the Regional championship game
