Charlie
McAvoy has been added to Team USA’s roster for the upcoming IIHF World
Championships in Germany and France. He joins Jack Eichel, Jordan Greenway and
Clayton Keller on the US squad. McAvoy will be playing for his fifth team this
season, having already skated for BU, the US National U18s, Providence Bruins
and Boston Bruins. The All-American blueliner became the 81st Terrier to reach the NHL.

Prawdzik, who returns to BU in the fall, won his third straight playoff game
for the Lone Star Brahmas, 4-3 in overtime, to sweep the series from Wichita
Falls. Lone Star faces the Corpus Christi IceRays in the second round of NAHL
playoffs beginning Friday.

College Hockey News spoke with 2017 recruit Shane Bowers as the Waterloo Blackhawks prepare for their next opponent, the Sioux City Musketeers, in pursuit of the USHL Clark Cup. The Halifax, Nova Scotia native has scored a career best 51 points (22 G, 29A) in his second USHL season. He added two goals and an assist in the Blackhawks’ three-game sweep of Fargo. The upcoming Waterloo - Sioux City series will be somewhat of a coming attraction for next season's Green Line Rivalry ... as the Musketeers' top forward is incoming BC winger Eeli Tolvanen.

Women’s Team
Offensive defenseman Abby Stanley
has transferred from the disbanded North Dakota program to BU. A St. Louis
native, Stanley had eight points as a freshman last year.
Former BU captain Kayla Tutino has
been traded
from the CWHL Boston Blades to Les Canadiennes. She’ll join former Terriers
Marie-Philip Poulin and Sarah Lefort in Montreal.
