BU heads West to face North Dakota




#7 Terriers learned their NCAA destination today as announced on ESPNU. They’ll play in the West Regional in Fargo where they’ll be the number 2 seed and face defending national champion North Dakota. The other half of the regional draw has #1 seed Minnesota Duluth facing #4 seed Ohio State.  The BU-Fighting Hawks game is set for 3 p.m. ET on Friday and will air live on ESPN2

Looking ahead
2017 recruit Brady Tkachuk scored his 20th goal in the NTDP U18s’ 5-2 win against Dubuque on Friday. He scored his 21st in Saturday’s rematch with Dubuque, bringing his season totals to 21-22-43.
2017 recruit Hank Crone scored his 21st goal and added an assist in Fargo’s 3-2 win against Des Moines. With 51 points, he’s tied for fourth in the USHL scoring race.

2017 recruit Shane Bowers’ 20th goal was the game-winner in Waterloo’s 4-2 win against Madison. He has 47 points and is tied for ninth in the USHL.
