2019 recruit Trevor Zegras scored his 26th goal and added an assist in the NTDP U18s’ 8-1 rout of Youngstown. He has 78 points in 54 games. Domenick Fensore recorded an assist and has 38 points, second among U18 defensemen.
2019 recruit Robert Mastrosimone scored his 30th
and added an assist in Chicago’s 7-5
loss to Waterloo. He’s tied for
third in the USHL in goal-scoring and tied for seventh in scoring with 59
points.
2019 recruit Sean Driscoll assisted on both
Janesville goals in the Jets’ 4-2 loss to
Minnesota. A 6’2”, left-shot defenseman, Driscoll is fourth on the Jets in
scoring with 27 points and third on the team with +6.
2020
recruit Braden Doyle, a defenseman at Lawrence Academy, skated in two games for the USHL Dubuque Fighting Saints, the team he'll play for in 2019-20. Doyle was named the 2019
recipient of the Boston Bruins’ John Carlton Memorial Trophy, presented to the high school senior who combines exceptional hockey
skills with academic excellence. Previous winners
include Ty Amonte and Charlie Coyle.
