The Terriers host the UConn Huskies this afternoon in a rare 5pm game. This is UConn's last season in the Atlantic Hockey Conference, as they will be joining Hockey East next season. The visitors enter the game with a 3-3 record, including wins in 3 of their last 4 games. They are led in scoring by senior forwards Billy Latta and Jordan Sims. Matt Grogan has started 6 of 7 games in net.
The Terriers enter the game with a record of 4-6, having lost three in a row and five of their last six games. Scoring has become a challenge, as they have scored just 4 goals in those 5 losses. With two games against 13th ranked North Dakota on the horizon, the Terriers hope to use this game to get their offense going.
Women's Team
The Terriers were shutout 5-0 by the second-ranked Badgers in Vail, CO. The loss ends BU's eight game win streak and leaves them with a record of 10-2-1. Kerrin Sperry and Victoria Hanson combined for 29 saves.
