Terriers are back on the ice tonight to host #4 Quinnipiac in a marquis
match-up beginning at 7:00 p.m. with free
livestream coverage in HD, featuring a simulcast of the radio broadcast
with play-by-play announcer Bernie Corbett and
analyst Mark Linehan.
The
Bobcats, who reached last season’s NCAA title game, bring a 3-1-1 record into
the game. Idle on Friday night, Quinnipiac defeated Connecticut this past
Wednesday after having split a pair of overtime games at Maine. Forwards Tim Clifton and Andrew
Taverner and defenseman Brogan Rafferty are
the top scorers with five points each.
The
teams met last season for the first time with BU, on the road, taking a 4-1
win over the then-ranked #2 and undefeated Bobcats.
Four games into its season, BU's top scorers are freshmen Patrick Harper (2G, 5A) and Clayton Keller (3G, 2A).

Sunday
morning marks the 16th Annual Greater Boston Autism Speaks Walk with this year’s event situated at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Mass.
BU Men’s hockey has supported Autism Speaks since 2004, participating in the
annual walk and holding an Autism Speaks Night hosting families and
individuals with autism for a night of hockey and promoting autism awareness.
Autism Speaks’ Larry Cancro, a BU
alum and Red Sox vice president explains that: “In one way or another, all the
BU teams participate. One great thing
they do is put on an event called “Autism Olympics”. They invite members of the autism community
to the BU Athletic facilities to teach them different sports and participate
with them. They’ve done this for several
years and this year they’re expanding it to twice.”
