Along with five wins in six games in February, the Terriers garnered a pair of Hockey East monthly awards. Junior defenseman and Hobey Baker Award nominee Domenick Fensore was named Defender of the Month after recording 10 assists and 11 blocked shots.
Sophomore Vinny Duplessis earned Goalie of the Month honors following a perfect five-win slate that included two shutouts resulting in a 1.40 GAA and a .945 save percentage for the month. His selection marked the third consecutive month with a BU netminder being named top goalie as classmate Drew Commesso was honoree in both December and January. Duplessis had previously won weekly top goalie honors twice this season and was Rookie of the Month for February 2021.
