Connolly Pots Two as Terriers Post Win


Chris Connolly led the way for the Terriers, scoring two goals, including an unassisted shorthanded goal, in a 5-2 win over Harvard. Sophomore Justin Courtnall scored the first goal of his collegiate career, assisted by freshman defenseman Patrick MacGregor, who earned his first career point after playing in only two previous games. Wade Megan and Joe Pereira also scored for the Terriers. Kieran Millan made 31 saves before Adam Kraus came on for five minutes of relief.

Women's Team
The #3 Terriers shut out the #6 Eagles of Boston College by a score of 4-0. Junior Jenn Wakefield scored twice to bring her total to 19 goals on the season, while freshman Marie-Philip Poulin scored her 17th. Freshman goaltender Kerrin Sperry turned away 22 shots for the clean slate.
Looking Ahead
In the OJHL, 2012 recruit Robert Polesello garnered 3 assists in Vaughan's 7-5 win over Upper Canada Friday night. 2011 recruit Evan Rodrigues notched a hat trick and an assist for a four point game in Georgetown's 6-3 win over the Aurora Tigers on Saturday.

In USHL action, Cedar Rapids teammates Cason Hohmann and Anthony DeAngelo both had an assist each in a 5-3 win.
