BU moved up to #11 in the latest USCHO weekly poll. This Saturday’s
opponent, New Hampshire, previously unranked, was ranked #15 after a pair of
wins against St. Cloud State.
The BU-UNH game will air on WBIN-TV and will be
carried nationally on Fox College Sports Pacific. It’s a 7 p.m. start at the
Whittemore Center in Durham.
An updated schedule of televised games and
Webcasts on Terrier TV is here and now at the top of the sidebar. Fox College Sports is also carrying both North
Dakota games (11/2 &3) and the game at Merrimack on 11/9.

release: Cason Hohmann (photo), Matt O’Connor and Evan Rodrigues. Friday’s win was BU’s 111th in a
row without being shut out.

Looking ahead
2013 recruits Kevin
Duane and Jarrid Privitera each scored their first USHL regular season goal
over the weekend. Privitera got his in Dubuque’s 4-1
win over Youngstown, while Duane’s initial marker came in Waterloo’s 4-1 win
over Green Bay. Privitera, younger brother of BU sophomore Alexx, is second in
scoring on the Black Hawks with five
points in five games.Looking back
Former BU scoring standout Nick Bonino has signed on with Italian Second Division team NeumarkRiwega for the duration of the NHL lockout. A 117-point scorer during three seasons in Scarlet, Bonino's most important collegiate moment was scoring the game-tying goal (video) in the final seconds of regulation in the 2009 national championship game, which BU won in overtime.

Matthews Arena in a 7 p.m. start.

Freshman Sarah Lefort earned her second consecutive Hockey East Rookie
of the Week Award with three goals
in BU’s pair of wins this past weekend. The Quebec native now has five goals
and is tied for the conference lead. Co-captain Marie-Philip Poulin, Jenelle Kohanchuk and Dakota Woodworth,
whose first NCAA goal was the game-winner against RPI, all were named Hockey
East top
performers.
Sophomore Kayla Tutino, who scored a hattrick against Union last season,
scored twice more against the Dutchmen in Saturday’s 6-2 BU win.
