Terriers return to conference action tonight, traveling to
Lawlor Arena for a matchup with Merrimack College. Last season BU won two of
the three regular-season meetings between the teams. Game time is 7:30 p.m. for contest, which will air locally on WBIN-TV.
The Warriors are led by junior forward Mike Collins, Hockey
East’s top scorer with 12 points and a one-time teammate of BU’s Garrett Noonan
with both Catholic Memorial High School and the BCHL Vernon Vipers’ 2010 RBC
Cup Champions.
Boston Hockey Blog reports that Matt O’Connor will start in
goal for BU, that Mike Moran will return to the lineup and that Alexx Privitera
will sit out the game due to a team infraction.
