recruit Kole Sherwood scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner, for
the Ohio Junior Blue Jackets in the Tier 1 Elite 18U championship
game victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite, 6-2. The 6-0 right wing,
who scored three goals and two assists in the tournament and now has 25 goals
in 35 games, committed
to BU last week.
2017
recruit David Farance (photo) scored a power-play goal and added an assist as the
Syracuse Stars 16Us blanked Rochester, 7-0. Farrance finished the
regular-season schedule with a team-leading 52 points
(27G, 25A) in 29 games.
2016
recruit Patrick Harper, a sophomore at Avon Old Farms, is averaging 1.94 points
per game for the Winged Beavers.

to Lake Placid with their 1980 U.S. Olympic teammates for a 35th
anniversary reunion of the Miracle on Ice this weekend.

Terriers, led by Sarah Lefort’s second hat trick in three days, put another
thumping on Providence, beating the Friars, 7-1. The junior left wing scored
twice in the first period and again in the third as BU jumped out to a 6-0 lead
before Providence got on the board. BU also received goals from Kayla Tutino,
Samantha Sutherland, Victoria Bach and Rebecca Leslie, while captain
Marie-Philip Poulin tied a career-best with four assists.
Lefort,
the first Terrier to author back-to-back hat tricks, now has a team-leading 21
goals, while Bach leads all NCAA freshmen with 18

of the week after registering her fifth career hat trick in Saturday's 6-1 win
against Providence. Both Terrier
goalies, Victoria Hanson and Erin O’Neil, were named to the weekly top
