The Pandolfo segment, which begins at the 44:05 mark, includes a story about Parker visiting the coaches room last season and pulling pieces of paper with suggestions from all of his pockets.

Looking ahead

2026 recruit Rian Chudzinski scored his sixth goal in Moncton’s 6-0 romp over Rimouski.

A McKeen’s Hockey’s profile of 2026 NHL draft prospects in the QMJHL writes about Chudzinski:

He’s been a pleasant surprise so far this season, emerging as one of Moncton’s best scorers. His strengths lie in his remarkable hockey sense, scoring ability and hard-nosed style. He consistently reads and anticipates plays well, finding soft areas to free himself from coverage and supporting teammates effectively. He maintains composure when facing heavy forecheck and plays with high intensity, consistently playing within his strengths and his role. More.

2027 recruit Carter Meyer was one of Team USA's top performers at the World U17 Challenge, scoring in all four games and finishing the tournament with a 5-5-10 scoring line.

TSN Director of Scouting Craig Button has Meyer among his top 2027 draft prospects.

Button has Saint John Sea Dogs centre Alexis Joseph, USNTDP U17 centre Carter Meyer and Everett Silvertips defenceman Landon DuPont as his clear-cut top three, followed by seven players who have caught his eye so far this season.

Button has Meyer at No. 2, who is skating with the USNTDP’s U17 squad this season. The 6-foot forward has seven goals and 16 points in 16 games.

“This guy has a motor that revs at high RPMs and a skill set that matches,” said Button. “He’s by you, through you, over you. He’s a hard, hard player to contain.”
