Power forward commits; Terrier women face BC

BU has received a commitment from power forward Doug Grimes for 2022. A Brookline native, the 6’1”, 185 lb. right-wing is a junior at Dexter Southfield School where he plays for former Terrier Dan Donato. Grimes had a 6-10-16 line for Dexter last season. This past fall, he played for the Cape Cod Whalers in the EHF 18U leagues.

NEHJ: “The 6-foot-1 power forward showed vast improvement from last season to this with a solid fall for the Cape Cod Whalers 18-U. “

️Doug Grimes to BU. Long, rangy w/ a good stick. Creates turnovers & goes to scoring areas. Stride will allow for more speed as he matures. Big boy who is starting to grow into his body. Lots of upside. 📈 @DXSF_BHockey 👤https://t.co/TAXnttH2px📰🆓https://t.co/L2NDd0y9DF https://t.co/8X7ER6OpHk
