Eight future Terriers picked in draft

Eight BU recruits were selected on day two of the NHL draft, led by Sam Kurker, picked

56th overall and third round selection Matt Grzelcyk (photo), taken by his hometown Bruins. CSNNE.com's Joe Haggerty notes that Grzelcyk's Dad has been a member of the Bull Gang at Boston's TD Garden (and previously at Boston Garden) for 40 years.

● Sean Maguire 4th round-Pittsburgh
● Doyle Somerby 5th round-New York Islanders
● Robbie Baillargeon 5th round-Ottawa
● Danny O’Regan 5th round-San Jose
● Wes Myron 6th round -Vancouver
● Brendan Collier-7th round-Carolina 

Of the eight, five--Kurker, Grzelcyk, Maguire, O'Regan and Myron--are 2012 recruits. Somerby, Baillargeon and Collier will arrive in 2013.
