Preliminary round games of the 2023 IIFH World Junior Championships begin Monday in Moncton,N.B., and Halifax, N.S. Lane Hutson and Team USA take on Latvia at 4 p.m. ET. The game airs on NHL Network, which will air all US and Canada games and many others.
