sophomore forward Ethan Phillips, practicing at home in Nova Scotia, talked with sports
journalist John Moore about his preparations for next season, including work on
skills, strength and nutrition. A fourth-round draft pick of the Red Wings in
2019, he had 10 points in his rookie season. Looking forward, Phillips hopes the
BU coaches will “lean on me a little more for offence."

Former Terrier netminder Jason Tapp has been named
associated head coach at Dartmouth, joining the staff of new head coach Reid Cashman.
Tapp had previously spent 11 seasons on the Union College coaching staff,
including the Dutchmen’s 2014 national championship campaign. Between 1998 and
2002, he made 50 appearances in goal for BU, posting a 3.35 goals against average.

An All-American and Hobey Baker Award finalist on BU's 1995 national championship team, Mike Grier scored 50 goals and 102 points in his final two seasons, before beginning a 1,060-game NHL career over 14 seasons.
