#18 Terriers will complete the two-game series with Vermont tonight in a 6 p.m. start.
Coach Jay Pandolfo will be looking for a better and more complete performance than his team delivered in Friday night's 2-1 win. After a dominant first period, BU turned in a second period effort that can generously be termed "mediocre."
"We started cheating the game," a clearly annoyed Pandolfo said. "We stopped playing like a team."
Terriers will be seeking a 12th consecutive win over Vermont--stretching back to 2020-21--and once again they will be shorthanded at forward. Pandolfo reported that it was doubtful that Owen McLaughlin, Conrad Fondrk and Ben Merill will be available. Last night freshman Kyle Kim dressed for the first time but saw no ice time.
TONIGHT'S BU LINEUP
Just a few changes in the lineup. Mick Frechette moves to forward and Malte Vass slots in to pair with Aiden Celebrini.
Women's Team
After last night's shootout win, Terriers will seek to close out first semester with a win against UConn in a 4 p.m. ET start at Walter Brown Arena.
