Game Day: Rensselaer visits BU--UPDATED

Terriers take on long-time out-of-conference rival Rensselaer in a 7 p.m. start at Agganis Arena. Freshman Sean Maguire, the first goaltender in BU history to earn a shutout in each of his first two home starts, will look to continue a shutout skein that now stands at 131:19.

BU will be without Captain Wade Megan, nursing a shoulder injury suffered against Denver. The Boston Hockey Blog reports that senior Jake Moscatel will make his first career start as the fourth-line right wing. Alexx Privitera, who was DQ’d in the Denver game, sits this one out by rule and is also expected to be out of the lineup against Harvard next week due to excessive penalties. Freshman Matt Grzelcyk, who traveled to Russia with the U.S. Junior national team, returns to the BU lineup.
