The final regular season weekend-- a home-and-home series with Northeastern--begins with Senior Night at Agganis Arena. Following the game, which begins at 7 p.m., BU will honor its three seniors, assistant captain Eric Gryba (photo) , Zach Cohen and Luke Popko. The Terriers will need a sweep plus some help from Vermont to guarantee home ice for the playoffs that begin next week.
Both the Terriers and the Huskies are looking to rebound from recent losses. BU has lost three of its past four games while the Huntingdon Hounds are winless in their past three. The teams last played a month ago in the opening round of the Beanpot with BU winning, 2-1, on a late Alex Chiasson goal. Earlier in the season, Northeastern shut out BU, 1-0, at Matthews Arena, despite 43 Terrier shots.
