BC (2), Quinnipiac and Michigan. Six Hockey East schools in the top 20.
In the USA Hockey/The Rink Live College Hockey Poll, BU is second to the Gophers by the slimmest of margins: one point and 17 first-place votes to 16.
Both John Buccigross' ranking and the Everything College Hockey ranking also had BU at #1, followed by Minnesota.

More from Coach Jay Pandolfo on the Bentley game:
"It’s the first game. It’s a bit of a learning experience for us, too. We’ve got to expect everyone’s best every night so we’ve got to be at our best. And tonight we had their best and not ours. That’s what it’s going to be for us. We’re going to get every team’s best and we have to respond to it and give our best."
From BU HockeyStats: "Case McCarthy’s goal was his first since last January 28 vs. BC. He’s also the first captain since Dante Fabbro in 2018-19 to score BU's first goal of the season."
tw-align-centerWe were honored to have 1971 national champion Peter Yetten speak to our team before last night’s game.
