Hutson continues to have a monster fall for the Avs. He’s a skilled winger with speed. He’s able to get to pucks and create time and space. He was really good on a line with center Anthony Calafiore and left wing Chris Carroll.
Women’s Team
Terriers dropped a 4-2 decision to New Hampshire in
Durham Saturday night. BU took an early
lead on a power play as Abby Cook connected on a one-timer at the six-minute
mark. But beginning at 14:28 of the period, the Wildcats would score three
times during a 12-minutes span for a 3-1 lead.
With BU back on the power play late in the second period, Sammy Davis cleaned up a rebound after attempts by Nara Elia and Courtney Correia were stopped. Trailing 3-2 going into the final period, the Terriers would outshoot UNH, 13-10, but the Wildcats produced the only goal, a power play tally.
Kate Stuart stopped 43 UNH shots, including 21 of 22 in the first period alone. BU played its third game without last year’s leading scorer, Jesse Compher.
