Sophomore Matt Quercia, who had four points in the
weekend series against Maine, was named to Hockey East’s Weekly Top Performers list. Quercia, who began the season with a two-goal effort against Union,
scored the extra-attacker goal that tied Saturday’s game and set up a Trevor
Zegras goal earlier in the contest.

win again the Czech Republic at the World U17 Challenge. Jeremy Wilmer had
a pair of helpers for Team USA. In a 5-4
overtime loss to Canada Black, Wilmer and defenseman Roman Schmidt each
assisted on a goal for Team USA.

A native of Moscow transplanted to Florida, the 6’1” left-shot center scored five points in the tournament and has 27 points in 16 games for Shattuck St. Mary’s Prep.
